Amazing Stay with Excellent Service!
central location friendly staff
I found valet parking very convenient, along with the superb central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the cocktail bar. It was a cool spot. The hotel provided seamless WiFi. This allowed me to work without any issues.
I noted that the hotel didn't inform us about the 25% discount for the Q car park until after check-in. Information earlier would be very helpful.

decent stay BUT some ISSUES
noise level firm pillows
The room was too warm , even with the thermostat turned down. i could also hear noise from a nearby nightclub late into the night. the pillows provided were excessively large and firm . i EXPECTED better soundproofing considering the price.

wow, a perfect stay!
valet parking friendly staff cool bar
Valet parking was a big plus and the location is seriously central. i loved how friendly all the staff were. It really made a difference. the cocktail bar was really cool, definitely a highlight!

Valet parking was super convenient and the central location worked great! the staff was friendly. The cocktail bar seemed really cool! i will definitely be back.
The rooms felt a bit small. it seemed dark. I think if i stayed longer i might feel depressed. the doorman was not very friendly. i thought he should be more cute!

warm welcome valet parking sweet surprise nice seating
the staff greeted us with such warmth, it set a tender tone for our visit. we appreciated the valet parking service, a thoughtful touch. the room upgrade was a sweet surprise, it. the front of house staff found us a nice seating, they insisted we didn't have to pay.
pillows in our room were not ideal, a little difficult to sleep well.

central location good service comfortable bed soundproof room
the location is super central, close to everything i needed. the hotel had really good service. i found the room decor appealing and the bed quite comfortable. i slept well as my room was soundproofed.
The bar got busy. It was hard to find a seat one evening.
